ABOUT FAME RESIDENCE LARA

Being a member of the chain of hotels that consists of five facilities as Fame Residence Lara, Kemer, Park, Göynük and Fame Hotel, our hotel covers an area of 44.000 m2 which was opened in April 2006. The hotel features totally 442 rooms and 957 beds and located only 14 km from Antalya airport and 16 km from city center and 0 km to sea. The hotel serves based on “All Inclusive” concept and it can host meetings thanks to meeting rooms. There are two football fields, Spa center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, meeting rooms and many other facilities for accommodation and wedding events.

Our objective is to deliver a world class service based on international quality standards. Fame Residence has always targeted at becoming an international hotel business brand that is reliable and has always acted with this principle while managing human resources and delivering services.

SUSTAINABLE TOURISM POLICY

We, as Fame Residence Lara Hotel & Spa, use our resources efficiently in a cost-saving way during our operations and we dispose our wastes based on the concept of “respect of nature” for maximum recycling. We care about the protection of the rights of our hotel employees and the provision for health and safety. In accordance with national and international labor rights and laws, we employ staff.

The protection of children's rights, in order to disrupt exploitation,  we create the necessary policy and support. We believe that we will contribute to sustainability in tourism by acting in cooperation with local government and taking part in solution of social problems.

We try to create a safe working environment for our guests, employees and co-workers. We attach importance to training and development of our staff and evaluate our services continuously and we believe that we can be successful only in this way.

We manage our system in compliance with laws and quality management systems while fulfilling our commitments and targeting at continuous improvement. We audit our operations through experts in order to prevent accidents and injuries and take necessary preventive and corrective actions. We manage all food in line to nationally and internationally recognized standards from supply to consumption and check compliance all the time to make sure that we have a healthy environment.
